Angler’s Club of New York – ANGLER’S CLUB BULLETIN (Vol. X1, No. 3) - Oct. 1932 – Beginning with a book review of Henry Van Dyke’s “A Creelful Full of Fishing Stories” (incidentally priced at $2.50 - oh for the good old days) this newsy bulletin goes on to include much of interest to any serious angler of the day. There is an article by Ed Hewitt entitled Wintering Trout in Streams, another article by Dr. George Parker Holden of “The Idyl of the Split Bamboo” fame entitled A Chronology of the Angling Rod. Also several articles by H.G. Pickering, a hilarious article by Sparse Gray Hackle concerning the Beaverkill Tarpon and much, much more. – For a 1932 issue – very good - $65.00
