Charles Fox along with Vince Marinaro were long considered to be the Halford’s of Pennsylvania’s limestones. Together they started a tradition of serious students of limestone angling in southcentral Pennsylvania that continues today. Charlie was not only a talented individual, he was also a gentleman without peer. Always available for answering the questions posed by other anglers, I consider it a pleasure to have known him.
